As soon as I took one out of the box I noticed they were pretty heavy for a 4" pulley. When compared to the existing "heavy duty" pulleys, recently bought, these are much better. Thicker material and the bearings feel solid.

I'll keep you in my address list for the future. I've got another Clopay in need of service soon.
